Answer: This depends on whether they are permanent or removable and also whether there is any Haram material used to make the nails or the nail glue.
If the materials are Halal, meaning there is no part of a Haram animal or product used to make them, and they are just temporary stick on nails, then as long as you remove them when performing Wudhu you can pray whilst wearing them.
However if any of the materials were made from Haram products or if they were permanently glued on so that you couldn’t remove them before performing Wudhu then your Salah would be invalid, as your Wudhu would be incomplete. It’s necessary for the water during Wudhu to reach your actual nails and the skin on your fingertips for your Wudhu to be valid.
If the nails have grown long and cover the fingertips, stopping water reaching below the nails, it is Wajib to wash what is beneath.

Therefore if they are temporary stick on nails that can be removed for Wudhu and they are made from Halal products you can pray whilst wearing them, otherwise you can’t
